Kathryn was motivated to start her own consultancy to create a life more balanced. Having had laser focus on attaining her career goal before an unexpected personal trauma, Kathryn has re-evaluated her priorities and knows that it is our health and the relationships we have which bring genuine happiness and contentment.

Short term resourcing is required frequently in business, and this option allows clients to effectively resource according to their budget and/or business needs. Hourly/Daily rates would be discussed with the client and is reflective of the nature of work required.

Beneficial for clients who are seeking a specific deliverable, set milestone or who are wanting confidentiality. Thorough briefing and consultation undertaken with the client to agree on scope, timing and fee.

Option 1 | Fee for work.  This option is best suited to clients who are seeking the stability and delivery of work on an on-going basis. Value, continuity, and familiarity underpin this offering.  Fee to be negotiated with client.

Option 2 | Fee for access. Suitable for pre-existing clients, fee for access is designed for those who want access to expert advice or input as and when the need arises. Fee to be negotiated with client.

Does Human Capital consulting employ other consultants to provide services?

No. Presently, I operate as a sole consultant.

What type of clients do you work with?

I have and continue to work with a range of clients from a variety of white collar industries. However, what is most important is the type of work I undertake. A thorough consultation will reveal what the Client needs, and the most suitable solution.

What does Human Capital Consulting do differently than other HR consultancies?

I have worked with consultants from a range of business disciplines who overcharge for their services or perform work outside their scope of expertise. This often leaves the client disappointed and with a substandard result.
